Snipe tax and auto-buy
How the Pons snipe tax decays and how to arm a buy that fires only under your ceiling.
Every Pons launch starts with a 99% snipe tax that halves fourteen times over three seconds. Measured in whole block-seconds it is roughly:

The panel reads the tax on-chain every few hundred milliseconds and counts it down live.
Auto-buy
- Open the panel on a fresh launch while the tax is still high.
- Click Auto-buy. It arms a buy for your preset amount with a ceiling (default 5%, set in Settings as Auto-buy max snipe tax).
- The extension polls the tax and sends the buy the moment it is at or under the ceiling. It never buys in the 99% second.
- The fill appears in the panel and in the Book tab like any other buy. Cancel any time from the panel.
Auto-buy runs inside the extension, so Chrome and the wallet must stay unlocked while it is armed.
